Shipping and delivery

Delivery planning built for facility orders.

Shipping costs, lead times, and delivery arrangements are confirmed with the quote whenever possible. Large or specialized orders may require pallet, partial-shipment, or receiving coordination.

Policy details

Clear information for facility orders.

Requirements can vary for custom, bulk, or contract orders. Any terms confirmed in an accepted quote or written agreement take priority for that order.

Shipping estimates

Freight charges and delivery windows remain estimates until confirmed. Timing can vary with product availability, order size, destination, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, and facility receiving requirements.

Bulk and institutional orders

Large orders may ship in multiple cartons, on pallets, or in partial releases. PrairieHealth may confirm dock access, delivery appointments, contact details, and other receiving instructions before releasing the shipment.

Receiving shipments

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate delivery information and ensuring an authorized recipient is available when required. Note visible carton or pallet damage with the carrier and photograph it before unpacking when practical.

Delayed or missing shipments

If a shipment is delayed or appears missing, contact PrairieHealth with the quote or order reference and tracking details. We can help coordinate carrier follow-up and document the next steps.
