Shipping, delivery, and lead times.

Shipping estimates

Shipping rates and delivery windows are estimates until confirmed. Lead times may vary based on item availability, order size, carrier capacity, destination, weather, holidays, and facility receiving requirements.

Bulk and institutional orders

Large purchase orders may ship in multiple cartons, pallets, or partial shipments. PrairieHealth may coordinate delivery details with the customer before release to the carrier.

Receiving shipments

Customers are responsible for providing complete delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive shipments when required. Visible shipping damage should be documented at delivery where possible.

Lost or delayed shipments

If a shipment is delayed or appears lost, PrairieHealth can assist with carrier follow-up using the tracking information and order reference.
