Quotes and order acceptance
Prices, availability, and lead times shown on this website are estimates until confirmed in writing. A submitted cart, quote request, or purchase order does not create a binding order until accepted by PrairieHealth.
Bulk, contract, and institutional orders may require manual review before payment, shipment, or fulfillment begins.
Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications, and inventory information accurate, but errors or delays can occur. PrairieHealth may correct errors, update specifications, substitute equivalent items, or cancel unavailable items before fulfillment.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring product selections, sizing, shipping details, facility requirements, and purchase order information are complete and accurate before submitting an order.
Accounts and access
Account holders are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity that occurs under their account. PrairieHealth may suspend access if account activity appears unauthorized, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrairieHealth is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website, delayed fulfillment, unavailable inventory, or reliance on demo storefront information.
